Kevin has been instrumental in the success and development of Fort St. John housing and subdivisions. With over 30 years of Real Estate experience, Kevin is well regarded in the FSJ community where he was born and raised. Kevin partnered with the owners of Peace Enterprises Ltd. to build the Evergreen Estates subdivision, Sunset Ridge subdivision, as well as many commercial and residential developments including Signature Pointe 1 & 2, Avalon Villas and the complete renovation of Century 21 Energy Realty offices on 100th Ave.
